At Daly Flavor, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Food Products

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used food items.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Merchandise

Unused merchandise may be eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returned merchandise must be:

  In the original packaging

  Accompanied by proof of purchase
  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or we shipped the wrong product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please email info@dalyflavor.com within 7 days of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have entered our fulfillment process.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
